Emmanuel Muhire is a conscientious individual with professional experience in education, research and performing arts with strong dexterity to creativity and social inclusion. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Education with Drama from the University of Rwanda – College of Education, an applied theatre certificate in theatre education for reconciliation and development offered by the City University of New York and a certificate in cultural management offered by Africalia Belgium. Muhire Emmanuel is the Project Manager of OIPPA’s Beyond Boundaries project, as well as being in the spotlight to develop competencies in projects day-to-day implementation plans, reporting, projects follow-ups and developing activity schedules within the organization.
