Emmanuel Muhire is a conscientious individual with professional experience in education, research and performing arts with strong dexterity to creativity and social inclusion. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Education in Drama, an applied theatre certificate in theatre education for reconciliation and development offered by the City University of New York and a certificate in cultural management from Africalia Belgium. Muhire Emmanuel is the Project Officer of OIPPA being in the spotlight to develop competencies in projects day-to-day implementation plans, reporting, projects follow-ups and developing activity schedules.
